Delivery information:

1. Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 working days, including Saturdays. Orders placed after 11 a.m. will be sent on the next day.
2. We use third party service providers for deliveries. Products are delivered by Royal Mail or local delivery service.
3. We will arrange for delivery of the products you order by the method and to the address specified by you in the check-out procedure. The delivery charges will be indicated at the time the order is placed. Please take the time to read and check your order and contact details during your order process.
4. After you place an order, you will receive an e-mail from us acknowledging that we have received your order.
5. Orders over £40 will be delivered free of charge.
6. We are not able to provide an exact date of delivery, it will usually be within 2-5 working days, you will be informed by delivery provider. We are not liable for delayed delivery caused by any third party or any delivery failures due to circumstances beyond our control.
7. If there is delay in processing your order, we will inform you of this by email. You have the right to cancel your order and the money already paid will be refunded to you as soon as possible.
8. For packaging, we use environmentally friendly materials (eg. paper), which can be recycled, to minimise waste. However, if we have already received a delivery from any of our suppliers, where other materials were used, we will re-use them and you can find them in your parcel.
