Cancellations

You have the right to cancel any of your current orders prior to dispatch, without giving a reason, by contacting us on contact@ilovenature.co.uk.

Returns

We hope that you will be satisfied with our products. However, if you are not pleased with the purchase, you are able to return unused and unopened goods, in the original packaging and in the same condition they were when you received them – within 21 days of receipt of your order. To request a refund or exchange, please contact us by emailing: contact@ilovenature.co.uk, with the details of the order (product name, order reference number and the reason why). The customer is responsible for covering the cost of sending the item back.

• If an item is faulty, you will receive the refund or exchange within 7 days of notifying us of the issue.
• Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, which include: sale and clearance items, products with short shelf life (eg. some food and drinks), health supplements, intimate or sanitary goods, dental care products, books and gift cards.
